How it works.

Our ArtLease program is available to established businesses that meet our credit criteria. Our terms are simple:

Three months periods to five years or longer range - loan rates from 0.8% APR of the value of art rented per month.

Art used for camera shoots and special occasions is priced on a mutual agreeable basis subject to the availability of art as well as staff time to facilitate paperwork, insurance and security.

Special situations: Art commissons to be created for a specific site, multiple floors of inexpensive posters or reproductions, large exterior site specific sculpture, rotating exhibitions are all available through ArtLease at special terms and rates.

Our philosophy is to frame to the piece, not frame to the room. Reframing art to meet your custom needs due to site aesthetics is at an extra charge over the term of the rental agreement.

There is one time $500 charge for each rental contract to cover one local on site consultation, rental agreement preparation including UCC-1 filings and consultation with your insurance carrier. This fee is fixed regardless of the value of the art to be leased. Our rental agreement is a short two pages agreement on art on loan exhibit plus federal filing forms.

Rental rates do not include shipping, delivery and/or installation. These charges are normally billed at cost.

Our Inventory is not for sale. Rentals do not apply to the acquisition of our inventory.

Important notice:
ArtLease is selective in whom it dials with. Historically, NYSE listed corporations, hospitals, regional to internationally known law firms, property managers and real estate developers of significance have been our customers. Our art inventory has appeared in both print and TV commercials as well as lobbies of major corporations.
Our staff is professional in dealing with our customers or their architects and interior designers. Most of the artists have had extensive museum exposing and many of the works available have been exhibited in museums and publications.

None of the ArtLease inventory in the collection is for sale. Inventory of the artwork is subject to change.
